生ハムとルッコラのペペロンチーノ

休日に息子とつくるパスタ講座、今年は「脱トマトソース！」を掲げたので
早速ペペロンチーノに挑戦、ソースの味でごまかせないので塩梅が大切そう
です。

オリーブオイルに薄くスライスしたニンニクと赤唐辛子を入れ、弱火でじっくり
とオイルに味を移してやるのがコツとの事。

盛り付けて完成、パスタの塩加減が足りないかなと思いましたが生ハムの塩気が
あるのでいい塩梅(笑)になりました。
次はジェノベーゼ攻略を目論んでおります！
